We want you to be happy with your purchase! E&S Suits will gladly refund or exchange any full price item within 30 days of purchase. For your convenience, we provide one shipping label per order for all domestic returns.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused with original tags attached.
- Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Gifted items and or SALES items are eligible for store credit only and must meet all previously mentioned return criteria.
- Returns will only be accepted with a completed return form or a copy of your invoice.
- All exchanges must be of equal or lesser value (exchanges placed for items priced at lesser value will be refunded the difference in cost via the payment method provided at the time of purchase).
SALE RETURN POLICY
Items purchased on sale or using a 30% off discount code may be returned for store credit ONLY. Sale items cannot be returned for a refund. FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
Store credit is provided in the form of a Gift Card code that is emailed to the original email address provided at the time of purchase. This code can be used towards any item(s) on our website and never expires. If returning a purchase made with a Gift Card code, the refund will go back to the same code used at checkout so that it can be used again towards a future purchase.
E&S Suits provides return slips inside your package, but the return shipping fees will be deducted from your return.
Refunds are issued in the original form of payment once the merchandise has undergone a quality control check. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for funds to appear in your account after your refund has been completed.
We ship via FedEx which provides traceable methods of shipping. If your package is lost in transit, please contact FedEx and RAILS customer service. Once proof of delivery is generated, we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen.
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. If you feel you have received a defective item, or have any other inquiry about our return process, please contact our customer support at email@example.com
DOMESTIC (US) RETURN PROCESS
- Click the link above and complete the online steps to obtain your free return label.
- Use the return label provided. (Rails will not be responsible for packages returned using labels other than what is provided)
- Include the packing slip that is provided with the emailed return label
- Pack your item(s) securely in an appropriate envelope or box and send it to the address provided below.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to arrive to our warehouse, and an additional 7-14 business days for processing. You will receive an automated confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
INTERNATIONAL & NON-CONTIGUOUS U.S. RETURNS
(Including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico)
International customers may return merchandise by any traceable method at their own expense within 30 days of purchase. Please fill out the downloadable return form below and send it back to us using your preferred method of shipping. Please keep and be able to provide our Customer Service team with your return tracking number/information.
